How to calm your nerves in one minute

Life can be compared to a stormy river that conceals swirls, underwater rocks, rocks. Unexpected obstacles disrupt the habitual way of life, make us annoyed, nervous, cause stress. But now there are as many as three ways that will help regain composure in just 60 seconds.

The first way to calm nerves

A virtual image created in consciousness will quickly help to calm down. Vision brings a person much of the information about the world that surrounds him. Scientists believe that the image that combines white and water best calms the nerves. To quickly calm down, you need to sit comfortably, relax the body, restore even breathing, close your eyes and see cool white water (that’s white, not transparent). Imagine how this water touches your vertex, feel its coolness. Water drains to the face, shoulders, chest, completely bathes your body – from the crown and to the toes. Enjoy a cool 30 seconds, then imagine that the water is slowly draining into the funnel. Now in this funnel all the causes of your stress and all your problems are gone.

Take a deep breath and open your eyes.

The second way

Get out in the bathroom. Remove the tie, unbutton the top buttons on the shirt or blouse. Open the tap with cold water, wet your hands and slowly touch both hands to the neck. Stretch the neck, then the shoulders, gradually increasing the force of pressing, then, on the contrary, reduce it and finish the massage with gentle gentle touches. Rinse the neck with cold water again.

The third way

Take a deep breath, exhale. Pick up a piece of cloth (you can have a rough towel or woolen blanket), squeeze it and twist, as if squeezing. The fabric must be dry. Twist with all your might, maximally straining all the muscles. Then, severely relax and unfasten your hands, towel on the floor feel full relaxation of the whole body, especially the hands and neck.

These simple exercises will help you quickly calm down before a date, an important meeting or performance. The main thing is not to forget that in this world there are not so many things for the sake of which it would be worth shortening the life span of your nerve cells.
